What is Scanning? We can scan old prints, film, or slides (35mm). We can also photoshop or clean up any photos upon request with a small fee.
Do You Process/Develop FILM? No we DO NOT. We do not Process or Develop film of any kind. We also, do not ship film out to get processed.
What can you do with film? After your film has been processed/developed at another location, you can then bring it here to get them digitized or get prints made.
How can you tell if film is developed? If it is still in the canister, then it has NOT been chemically processed. Do not try to pull your film out of the canister. You will have to get it developed/processed before bringing it in. If you can physically see your film and view your images then it has been developed.
What can you print on? We have a wide variety of printer paper. Ranging from Glossy to Semi-Gloss or Fine Art Rag to Canvas paper. Call to see if we have a paper that works for YOU!
Can you frame? We do not frame but if you were to bring your own frame into the store, we are happy to install your prints for you. Especially if we have to meet a certain size when printing your work.
Can you crop my photos? Yes, HOWEVER, cropping is one of the most basic photo manipulation processes and we warn people to be mindful of how you want your images sized. It can remove any unwanted objects but it can also create irrelevant noise in a photograph. We can always check your images for cropping.
How can I send in digital photos? For the fastest turn-around (especially around the holidays), we ask that customers use our online store. If you are having a hard time with our store, email is another option.
